Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we deliver in countries including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey.

I ordered the wrong size, can you replace it?

How do I return an item?


  • - You are advised to fill the form to raise the return/exchange request. 
  • - We will send replaced order within 24-48 hours after we receive the item and do the inspection and quality check.

OUTSIDE DUBAI (All other Emirate and International)

  • - You are advised to fill the form to raise the return/exchange request.
  • - Then, you will be asked to send back the item(s) first at our address.
  • - After inspection and assessment of the item (if approved), the replacement will be delivered by us:
  • - Within UAE: 24-48 hours
  • - Outside UAE: 3-7 working days based on the country and customs delay)

How can I try your shoes on?

We understand you'd like to try on a pair first however, we are a 100% online retailer and therefore do not have a showroom to point you to... however, our returns policy and delivery service are pretty amazing where if you order before 1:00 pm (only for customers based in Dubai), you will receive them on the same day. You will be able to try these on from the comfort of your home and then send them back for exchange or refund if there are any issues regarding the specific style or sizing.
