To apply for a warranty, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be returned to us within the warranty period. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused during transit if the packaging is inadequate.
• A clear description of the problem or reason for return is required.
• Photos of the damaged or faulty area.
• A photo showing the entire product—front and back.
• The product serial number must be provided.

• The duration and terms of the warranty, including any conditions, are determined by the manufacturer or brand, not by us.
• Some service centers may charge a fee for inspection if the warranty claim is rejected or if the item is no longer under warranty.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or other external factors.
