We completely trust our products, but we understand they might not always be the perfect fit on the first try! That’s why we’ve designed a return policy worth celebrating. Subject to the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of Order Confirmation. We aim to process refunds for returns within 72 business hours after receiving the items.

Important Note: We only allow one exchange per order—because sometimes, it takes a second chance to find your perfect match! Additional requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Note: Postage costs, including any customs duties incurred, will be deducted from the final refund amount.

For International Customers

• Exchanges: Send the item(s) to our address. After inspection and approval, we’ll ship the replacement within 3-7 working days (depending on your location and customs clearance).
• Returns: Send the item(s) to our address. After inspection and approval, we’ll process your refund within 48-72 hours.
• Important: Postage costs, customs duties, and taxes incurred by us will be deducted from the refund. It may take 5-14 days for returned shipments to reach us, depending on the courier and customs delays.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Include proof of purchase with your request.
2. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, in full sellable condition.
3. Return items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and instructions attached.
4. Non-returnable items:
   • Undergarments, briefs, and swimwear.
   • Perishables (e.g., food or beverages with less than three weeks until expiration).
   • Used consumables, installed products, and media (e.g., books, movies, or programs that can only be viewed/listened to once).
