Here’s the deal: UAE orders over 400 AED get free delivery (yay!). For orders below 400 AED, there’s a small delivery fee of 40 AED. International orders? Just 100 AED. Expected Transit Times 

We’ve got you covered with clear timelines for shipping locations. While we do our absolute best to meet these times, public holidays might slow things down a bit. Timelines kick off from the date of Order Confirmation. If you’re not around to receive your order, let us know—we’ll figure it out together.

• Dubai: Need it today? Place your order before 1:00pm (Mon-Sat), and we’ll zoom it over the same day! Missed the cut-off? No worries—you’ll still get it in a speedy 24-48 hours.

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman): Orders placed before 11:00am (Mon-Fri) will also enjoy same-day delivery. For orders after 11:00am, expect delivery within 48-72 hours—still pretty fast, right?

Weekend Orders: Weekend vibes? Orders placed on Saturday (after cut-off timings) and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Note: Timelines exclude deliveries to remote locations like Al Ain, RAK, Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Dibba Al Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

International Deliveries: We’re excited to ship to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon. Delivery times? Between 2 to 4 days (customs permitting, of course).

Note: There might be extra charges like customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These costs are on the buyer, so check with your local customs office for details. Sadly, we can’t cover these charges or take responsibility for any additional fees.

For Saudi Arabia Customers: We’ll need your short address code and a copy of your IQAMA to ensure everything sails smoothly as per customs regulations.
