Returns and Warranties

We have complete trust in all of our products, but we know they may not always fit first time!

Returns:

Our return policy is one to be celebrated. We will accept any return within a time period of 14 days, and process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the returned items.

 To apply for a return the following conditions must be met:

  • Must include proof of purchase
  • Not worn or damaged in any way
  • Returned unwashed for clothing
  • Needs to include original packaging, tags and labels

trisouq.com reserves the right to refuse returned goods based on inspection of the goods.

 

Faulty Product Returns:

If one of our products is faulty, incorrectly describes or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the items are returned within 14 days.

 

Warranties:

Warranties vary between brands. Please ensure that you are aware of the warranty period for the specific items you are purchasing.

To apply for a warranty, the following criteria must be met:

  • Items are retuned within the warranty period
  • Descriptions of the problem or reason for the return
  • Photos of the damages/fault area
  • Photo of the full product – front and back

On Running Warranty Requirements:

As a part of the warranty process, kindly provide the following to customerservice@trisouq.com

Attachments:

  • Pictures of both of the soles (in one frame)
  • Picture of the tongue of the shoe
  • Picture of the 2 digit alphabet code on the tongue (e.g. WH, SZ)
  • Picture of the damaged area

Purchase Info:

  • Type of damage
  • Style, color and size of the shoe
  • Proof of purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Approximate kilometres covered
